Service Description
Prepare your newly built, renovated, or remodeled commercial space for occupancy with detailed cleaning focused on construction dust, residue, and final presentation. Service May Include: • Detailed dust removal from accessible surfaces • Offices, workspaces & common areas • Interior & exterior cabinet cleaning • Empty drawers, shelving & storage interiors • Countertops, fixtures & built-in surfaces • Doors, trim & baseboards • Accessible light fixtures • Interior glass & entry doors • Interior windows, sills & accessible tracks • Restroom & breakroom detailing • Vacuuming, sweeping & detailed floor cleaning • Light sticker, label & routine residue removal where safely appropriate • Final detailing throughout serviced areas Not Included: Heavy construction debris or hauling, hazardous materials, mold remediation, paint/caulk removal, excessive adhesive or cement residue, high-access work, or contractor repairs. Specialty removal or restoration may require separate pricing. Flexible Scheduling: Service may be scheduled during business hours, after hours, or around your construction and occupancy schedule, based on property access and project needs. Complimentary Facility Walkthrough: Online booking schedules your complimentary facility walkthrough, not the cleaning service. Please allow approximately 1 hour to assess square footage, construction residue, flooring, accessibility, completion timeline, and required scope. Pricing: Commercial Post-Construction/Post-Renovation Cleaning is custom-quoted based on square footage, condition, level of construction residue, accessibility, project timeline, and scope of work.
Cancellation Policy
By scheduling or accepting services from Above & Beyond Janitorial Services (ABJS), clients agree to the following: PRICING: Website prices are starting prices unless stated as flat-rate. Final pricing is based on property size, condition, buildup, accessibility, labor, and services requested. A walkthrough may be required. If conditions or the scope differ significantly upon arrival, pricing may be adjusted with client approval before additional work is performed. ADD-ONS: Add-on and specialty services are separately priced unless included in your quote. Same-day additions are subject to availability. ACCESS: Clients must provide safe, timely property access and remove excessive clutter or personal items from cleaning areas. Move-In/Move-Out services are intended for vacant or substantially empty properties unless otherwise agreed. PHOTOS & PRIVACY: ABJS may photograph or record service areas before, during, and after cleaning for documentation, quality assurance, training, verification, portfolio, website, social media, advertising, and marketing. By accepting services, clients authorize this use. ABJS will take reasonable measures to protect privacy by avoiding, removing, cropping, or blurring identifying or sensitive information, including names, faces, addresses, family photos, mail, financial/medical information, security information, access codes, license plates, and identifying documents. ABJS will not intentionally publish a client's identity, address, or likeness without separate authorization. SAFETY: ABJS may decline tasks that are unsafe, risk injury or property damage, or fall outside the agreed scope. Standard cleaning excludes hazardous materials, biohazards, bodily fluids, excessive mold, active pest infestations, needles, and other dangerous conditions. Clients must disclose fragile, damaged, or valuable items. CANCELLATIONS: At least 24 hours' notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations, missed appointments, or inability to access the property may result in a fee. PAYMENT: Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing. Approved additions will be added to the final total. SERVICE CONCERNS: Please promptly report concerns related to the agreed scope so ABJS has an opportunity to review and address them. By accepting services, clients acknowledge these policies, their approved scope of work, and applicable pricing.
