Service Description
Make your transition easier with a detailed, top-to-bottom cleaning designed for empty or transitioning homes. Our Move-In/Out Cleaning service provides a more comprehensive level of cleaning than routine or deep cleaning, addressing areas that are typically accessible once personal belongings have been removed. The goal is to leave the property clean, refreshed, and ready for move-in, turnover, or its next chapter. Service Includes: • Detailed cleaning of kitchens and bathrooms • Interior and exterior cleaning of cabinets • Interior drawers and shelving • Exterior cleaning of appliances • Countertops, sinks, fixtures, and accessible surfaces • Baseboards, doors, trim, and other accessible areas • Dusting throughout the residence • Vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping of applicable flooring • Interior window glass cleaning • Interior window sills, ledges, and accessible tracks • Removal of light buildup and cobwebs • Final detail cleaning throughout the home Not Included in Standard Service: Wall washing, blind detailing, exterior window cleaning, interior refrigerator cleaning, interior oven cleaning, and other specialty services are not included in the standard Move-In/Out Cleaning. Optional Specialty Services: Interior refrigerator detailing, interior oven cleaning, blind detailing, wall washing, exterior window cleaning, and other specialty cleaning services may be added to your customized quote for an additional charge. Complimentary Walkthrough: When you book online, you are scheduling your complimentary walkthrough—not the cleaning appointment itself. Please allow approximately one hour for the walkthrough. During this visit, we will assess the size and condition of the property, review your cleaning needs, discuss any requested specialty services, and determine the appropriate scope of work. Your actual cleaning appointment will be scheduled separately after the walkthrough once the scope of service and final quote have been established. Pricing: Move-In/Out Cleaning starts at $325. The starting price shown online is not a guaranteed final price. Final pricing is determined after your complimentary walkthrough and is based on the size and condition of the property, scope of work, level of detail required, and any additional services requested.
Cancellation Policy
By scheduling or accepting services from Above & Beyond Janitorial Services (ABJS), clients agree to the following: PRICING: Website prices are starting prices unless stated as flat-rate. Final pricing is based on property size, condition, buildup, accessibility, labor, and services requested. A walkthrough may be required. If conditions or the scope differ significantly upon arrival, pricing may be adjusted with client approval before additional work is performed. ADD-ONS: Add-on and specialty services are separately priced unless included in your quote. Same-day additions are subject to availability. ACCESS: Clients must provide safe, timely property access and remove excessive clutter or personal items from cleaning areas. Move-In/Move-Out services are intended for vacant or substantially empty properties unless otherwise agreed. PHOTOS & PRIVACY: ABJS may photograph or record service areas before, during, and after cleaning for documentation, quality assurance, training, verification, portfolio, website, social media, advertising, and marketing. By accepting services, clients authorize this use. ABJS will take reasonable measures to protect privacy by avoiding, removing, cropping, or blurring identifying or sensitive information, including names, faces, addresses, family photos, mail, financial/medical information, security information, access codes, license plates, and identifying documents. ABJS will not intentionally publish a client's identity, address, or likeness without separate authorization. SAFETY: ABJS may decline tasks that are unsafe, risk injury or property damage, or fall outside the agreed scope. Standard cleaning excludes hazardous materials, biohazards, bodily fluids, excessive mold, active pest infestations, needles, and other dangerous conditions. Clients must disclose fragile, damaged, or valuable items. CANCELLATIONS: At least 24 hours' notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations, missed appointments, or inability to access the property may result in a fee. PAYMENT: Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing. Approved additions will be added to the final total. SERVICE CONCERNS: Please promptly report concerns related to the agreed scope so ABJS has an opportunity to review and address them. By accepting services, clients acknowledge these policies, their approved scope of work, and applicable pricing.
